Need Some Guidance

Hi to all member,
I need help from you guys my friend and I will be visiting HCM during mid DEC this year and we are looking for a local translator/ guide prefer female speak English to guide us around HCM.
Do any member here know where is HCM fashion wholesale market because my friend is searching for it.
