How to learn Vietnamese pronunciation?

I would like to ask you about Vietnamese speaking. Because I have self-stutied for 2 months, but when I say Vietnamese, the people here cannot understand what I mean? How can I improve my Vietnamese?

I think you should go to a vietnamese language center. At vietnamese language center, the teacher may help you pronouce well -.-
